This is a delicious wine with robust fruit definition enhanced with a white pepper spicy finish. A small amount of tempranillo has been added for complexity. This Shiraz has subtle oak characteristics and will improve with cellaring over the next 4-5 years. The wine was awarded a silver medal at the 2010 QANTAS WA Wine Show and Bronze at the Aust. Small Winemakers Show.

A softer more mellow wine than the 2007 this is very much a warm climate shiraz with smooth, savoury-sweet fruit and a long finish. The wine has been matured on American oak for nearly 12 months. It can be cellared for up to 4-5 years.

This is an unwooded shiraz specifically designed as a drink now wine with lifted red berry fruit. The wine is flavoursome with stacks of fruit and spice finishing with a good mouth feel. Great for drinking on its own, with cheese or with a steak.  Awarded 4 stars by Winestate Magazine April 2011

This rose has a delicious nose of raspberry fruit characteristics combined with the flavours of fully ripened shiraz grapes. The wine is considerably deeper in colour than the 2009 vintage. It is great to drink on its own or with spicy chicken and asian dishes. Serve chilled.

This wine is made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The acid is crisp and refreshing while the fruit is nicely sustained and long in the mouth. Great with fish and chicken dishes.
